Blogger's Quilt Festival - Night Sky Mini Quilt

My second entry in the Bloggers Quilt Festival is my Night Sky mini quilt. I measures 20" square, so I'm entering it into the mini quilts category.


I finished this one a couple of weeks ago as part of the Handmade Birthday swap I'm participating in for the next twelve months. It was a fast and fun mini quilt to put together, and it was such an enjoyable quilt to quilt :o)

I used the brilliant Night Sky pattern by Jaybird Quilts - and have since made a second mini quilt and have started a full sized quilt. They are addictive blocks to make!

    This quilt is beautiful. The central motif is simple, but so effective. The quilting is magnificant. Love, love, love.

    The colours and fabrics are beautiful, but I think it's your quilting that really brings the pattern to a whole other level! Such a gorgeous quilt!!
